In the Kingston School of Art Special Collection was an individual VHS. The item could not be removed from the Special Collection and the library didn’t have a VHS player to watch the contents of the VHS. It was unusable and it’s content was accessible.

              I created a poster which allows visitors to see the contents of the VHS. I screenshot every cut from the film on the VHS and transcripted the narration. I created a grid system which allowed me to align each frame accuratly reflect the duration of each film cut, with the narration aligned to the frames underneath the text.
